Introduction: Causes of Primary Congenital Hypogonadism in Males are Leydig cell Agenesis, Cryptorchidism, Chromosome abnormalities (e.g. Klinefelter syndrome, SRY positive 46 XX etc), Enzyme defects include 5α-reductase deficiency.
